ORANGE, CA: Westbound Communications has hired Sandra Bernardo as VP in its Orange County office.

She will focus on generating business leads, counseling clients, and managing multicultural outreach.

Previously, Bernardo ran her own PR consultancy and served as VP at Euro RSCG Magnet, where she worked with clients such as Lactaid Milk, Johnson & Johnson, Splenda, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
