NEW DELHI, INDIA: Weber Shandwick has purchased remaining shares in India-based firm Corporate Voice Weber Shandwick from MAA Group Holdings.
Weber previously held a 40% share of the agency. MAA chairman Bunty Peerbhoy will continue in his role as chairman of CVWS. Atul Ahluwahlia will remain president, and Dilip Yadav will continue as EVP. Ahluwahlia will report to Weber Asia-Pacific chairman Tim Sutton.
CVWS has offices in New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Kolkata.
