TMNT25, the campaign celebrating 25 years of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, launched its
interactive Web site on January 1. Mirage Studios, 4Kids Entertainment, and PR agency Peppercom are using the launch of the Web site to kick off a whole year of "Shell-ebration" programming, including visits to Comic-Con, a mobile tour with a party bus, and an online sweepstakes.
