BOSTON: Regan Communications Group has acquired Waterford, CT-based Quinn & Hary Marketing.

David Quinn will continue in his role as president of Quinn & Hary, which will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Regan. Pete Hary will remain creative director.

Regan's office in Hartford, CT, will move to Quinn & Hary's offices in Waterford, CT.
