BOSTON: Rasky Baerlein Strategic Communications has hired Ronald Eckstein, outgoing press secretary for Sen. Ben Nelson (D-NE), as an associate VP in its Washington office.
Eckstein was previously a speechwriter for Sen. Harry Reid (D-NV) and a communications director for Rep. Zoe Lofgren (D-CA).
