PARIS: Publicis Groupe has bought German firm Communications & Network Consulting. The Paris-based holding company will add the agency to MSLGroup.
CNC is based in Munich and has about 100 employees in 14 cities in Europe, Asia, and North and South America. It works with large corporations on strategic communications, litigation counsel, and branding, among other areas.
MSLGroup reported about $450 million in global revenue in 2011, including $150 million to $200 million in the US. It bought Schwartz Communications last September.
