While waiting for the webcast where HP's Mark Hurd would address the company's recent swarm of contraversories, stakeholders and press were treated to the pop tones of one Ashlee Simpson and some uknown (to me) pop/dancehall hybrid number.
While the Simson choice had me laughing (tenuous, yes, but some could see a link between Ashlee Simpson's initial statements regarding her infamous SNL lipsyncing row and HP's initial comments regarding the "pretexting" scandal.
But, now I'm wondering exactly what music they COULD play to underscore (and score) the weight of the talk ahead. Puccini? John Carpenter? Here are some songs they might have considered.
