INDIANAPOLIS, IN: WellPoint tapped David Palombi as SVP of corporate communications, effective June 8.

Palombi, the former SVP of corporate and marketing communications for Freddie Mac, has responsibility for corporate media relations, executive communications, field communications, and internal communications at the Indianapolis, IN-based health insurer.
