SEATTLE: Waggener Edstrom has formalized several interim positions that the agency created after a number of senior executives left last year.
Pam Edstrom, in addition to her founder title, is now president of the global Microsoft account, formalizing her leadership role after serving in an interim capacity since Frank Shaw left this position in August to become VP of corporate communications at Microsoft.
