NEW YORK: The Maloney & Fox brand will fold into owner Waggener Edstrom following the departures of co-founders and co-CEOs Brian Maloney and Margie Fox at the beginning of next year.
Waggener Edstrom, which acquired Maloney & Fox in 2003, will absorb the firm's staff and clients. There are no client conflicts between the two agencies, according to a Waggener Edstrom representative.
