RANCHO CORDOVA, CA: VSP Global promoted Pat McNeil to director of PR and strategy for the company, following a restructuring of the company's communications department. McNeil, former director of corporate PR and employee communications, will now lead the company's strategy and research as it expands from a US offering into a global one. VSP will continue to work with KCSA Strategic Communications and Lewis PR.
