BELTSVILLE, MD: Vocus has named Peter Shankman into a full-time role as VP and small business evangelist. The company purchased Shankman's PR service Help A Reporter Out (HARO) in June last year. In addition to continuing to play a lead role for HARO, Shankman's new position will include generating ideas for product development, leading webinars and live chats, speaking engagements, and educating small businesses on the company's products.
