HERNDON, VA: Visit Fairfax, the official tourism organization for Fairfax County, VA, recently hired W&P Public Relations to handle all of its PR, marketing, and advertising. The firm is an integrated marketing and communications agency created through a joint venture between Michael Smith Business Development and the advertising agency White & Partners. This summer the agency will launch an integrated PR and advertising campaign to promote Fairfax's offerings to business and leisure travelers. The contract extends through July 2012.
