MEXICO CITY: Management and communications consultancy ViaNovo appointed Antonio Garza partner on June 23. Garza, the ambassador to Mexico from 2002 to 2009 under President George W. Bush, will advise clients on communications strategy, policy, and management issues and serve as chairman of ViaNovo Ventures, the agency's new business enterprise. Law firm White & Case also named Garza counsel this month. He will work at the two firms concurrently.
