WASHINGTON: The Department of Veterans Affairs has hired The District Communications Group to promote a yet-to-be-launched service that will allow wounded veterans and their caregivers to manage healthcare needs through mobile and tablet devices.

In addition to creating a communications strategy and messaging, the firm was also tasked with brand development for the initiative.
