LOS ANGELES: Publicis has combined two of its Hispanic marketing companies, both with PR components, to create the largest Hispanic advertising agency in the US.
Texas-based Bromley Communications and Florida-based Publicis Sanchez & Levitan (PS&L) will merge under the Bromley name.
Both companies currently have PR departments, said PS&L CEO Aida Levitan, but no layoffs are expected.
