TORONTO: Communications MECA and Palette PR will merge as of July 1 to become Energi PR, which will focus on PR, social media, digital, and corporate communications. Ownership of the new agency will remain privately held and the three founding partners are Esther Buchsbaum, Carol Levine, and Martin Waxman. Buchsbaum and Levine will be in Toronto, while Waxman will be based in Montreal.
