WASHINGTON: Mike Tuffin, EVP at America's Health Insurance Plans, is leaving the trade group to rejoin APCO Worldwide as MD of its Washington headquarters.
He will replace the recently promoted Robert Schooling, who now serves as the agency's president for the Americas.
Prior to joining the health insurance trade group, Tuffin served as VP at APCO until 2005. He also previously worked as senior director of strategic communications at the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America from 2002 to 2003. ...
