Clinton and Giuliani are the likely winners of their respective party primaries, according to the usually accurate Iowa Electronics Markets, which is run by professors at the University of Iowa and lets people trade and sell in candidate “stock” using real money (limited to $500 per trader).
 
In Iowa at the moment, though, polls are still showing Romney the leader, following by a virtual tie between Giuliani and Mike Huckabee. Clinton and Obama are said to be tied.
