SAN DIEGO: The Canadian Consulate has hired Stoorza, Ziegaus & Metzger's to promote the formation of strategic alliances between Canadian and California biotechnology companies.
The Canadian Consulate originally contacted the PR agency two months ago to assist with community and media relations.
