Symantec names Pforzheimer CCO, plans to consolidate internal comms

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA: Former Intuit communications leader Harry Pforzheimer joined Symantec as CCO this month.

Pforzheimer is overseeing internal and external communications, trade analyst relations, CSR, and event communications. He is based in the company's Mountain View, CA, headquarters and reports to Symantec CEO Steve Bennett, the former CEO of Intuit.

Pforzheimer started in the position August 6, but he had been at Symantec as a consultant for the two weeks prior working on communications for the company's CEO transition. ...
