Steve Hoechster named Euro RSCG Magnet tech practice head

NEW YORK: Euro RSCG Magnet has appointed Steve Hoechster as SVP and leader of the agency’s technology practice. Magnet also named VP Carol Edwards as deputy practice leader.

Hoechster replaces Matt Wolfrom, who is leaving the agency. Wolfrom declined to say where he was going.

Previously, Hoechster was a founder and managing partner of communications consultancy ElsterGroup. Prior to that he was an EVP and GM with Edelman's New York tech practice, and VP of corporate marketing and communications with Qwest Communications.
