WASHINGTON: The US State Department's Bureau for International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs has released an RFP seeking a firm to launch a campaign to boost the size of Haiti's national police force.
The winning agency will work to increase the visibility of the Haitian National Police and improve its recruitment efforts, especially to women.
