BOSTON: Stanton Public Relations & Marketing recently counseled Bain Capital during its purchase of the Dow Chemical Co.'s Styron Division. A spokesperson from Dow Chemical said the company handled its PR efforts in-house for the $1.6 billion transaction, which is expected to close in August 2010.
