NEW YORK: The Slate Group, an online publishing division of The Washington Post Co. launched a women's Web site, branded Double X, this past Tuesday, May 12.
The site features original content on politics, family, culture, parenting, and lifestyle issues, as well as a news feed that highlights stories of interest to women from around the Web. The centerpiece of the site is the XX Factor blog, which first appeared on Slate.com in 2007.
