UNIVERSAL CITY, CA: Rich Licata, former EVP of corporate communications at Showtime Networks, has joined NBC Entertainment to fill the newly created position of EVP of communications.
Licata will be responsible for creating strategies to expand and improve the network, Universal Media Studios, and strengthen media relations. He will report to Robert Greenblatt, chairman of NBC Entertainment. Licata and Greenblatt previously worked together at both Showtime and Fox Broadcasting Company.
