VIENNA, VA: Sage Communications has acquired JDG Communications, an agency specializing in work for government entities, the agency announced today.
David Gorodetski, cofounder and COO of Sage, said that his agency considered targets for acquisition for over a year before acauiring JDG. He noted that Sage and JDG had worked together in the past.
