MOSCOW: The PR market in Russia is expected to drop by 28% in 2009 although it enjoyed impressive growth last year - a 43% increase from 2007 to 2008, according to a study from Russian Communications Consultancies Association (АКОS).

This year, the market is expected to bring in $1.8 billion, compared to $2.5 billion in 2008 and $1.75 billion in 2007.
