Research in Motion (RIM) has been targeted by two class action lawsuits, one each in the US and Canada, following its worldwide BlackBerry service outage earlier this month.
On Wednesday, a US lawsuit was filed against RIM, accusing the company of breach of contract, negligence, and unjust enrichment. A similar grievance was filed in Canada that same day.
