Ricochet hires Carter as VP of its public affairs

WASHINGTON: Ricochet PR has hired Valerie Carter as VP of its Washington, DC, public affairs practice. In this role, Carter will provide a variety of public affairs services, including grassroots and grasstops organizing, coalition building, third-party advocacy, and congressional outreach.
