BOSTON: Regan Communications Group has acquired Florida-based boutique advertising agency Alchemy Communications Group.
George Regan, chairman and founder of the eponymous firm, said the agency was looking to acquire Alchemy for about a year. He declined to disclose the terms of the agreement, but he said Regan is not going to “change the culture” of the ad firm.
