BOSTON: Rasky Baerlein Strategic Communications has hired Democratic strategist Michael Matthews as SVP for the firm's Washington, DC, office.
Prior to joining Rasky Baerlein, Matthews was a partner with LSG Strategies. He also served as political director for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee for the 2002 election cycle and the 2000 Gore/Lieberman presidential campaign. He previously directed national political training programs for the AFL-CIO.
