WASHINGTON: Quinn Gillespie & Associates hired Adam Belmar as a director, effective February 1. Belmar, most recently VP of communications at R&R Partners, has also held positions with ABC and President George W. Bush's White House. He will report to John Feehery, president of Quinn Gillespie Communications.
