PARIS: Publicis Groupe has acquired Rosetta Marketing Group for $575 million in an effort to dramatically boost the holding company's digital business revenue.

Depending on the agency's performance over the next two years, Rosetta's manager-shareholders may receive an additional deferred payment in 2014. The acquisition plans were originally announced in May.
