NEW YORK: Porter Novelli has hired Karen van Bergen as senior partner and MD of the agency's New York office. Van Bergen fills the position vacated by Lisa Rosenberg in April when she joined former colleague Marian Salzman at Euro RSCG Worldwide PR as president.
Van Bergen will relocate from Amsterdam where for the past three years she has worked as senior partner and SVP at Fleishman-Hillard, and global leader for OneVoice, the network of Omnicom firms that services Philips Electronics. ...
