NEW YORK: Porter Novelli has partnered with Crimson Hexagon, a Cambridge, MA-based social media monitoring platform. Crimson Hexagon's VoxTrot monitors blogs, video-sharing sites, and other social media Web sites to track what is said about brands, organizations, and issues. It can also assess sentiment and other qualitative measures. PN will deploy the platform in offices worldwide.
