EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ: Holding company @aquila, which specializes in technology and b2b services, acquired PJ Inc., a New York-based PR and marketing firm. PJ Inc. founder Pamela Johnston will remain president of the firm. As part of the acquisition, Johnston will also serve as CMO for mIQ, a technology company focused on online interactions, and Coriolis Partners, a consulting firm focusing on travel, hospitality, and aviation. David Palmieri, chairman and CEO of @aquila, will serve as the PJ Inc. CEO.
