PURCHASE, N.Y.: PepsiCo has named Julie Hamp SVP of corporate communications replacing the retiring Tod MacKenzie, who announced he would be stepping down in October after seven years as the company's head communicator. Hamp, A 25-year veteran of General Motors, will report PepsiCo chairman and CEO Indra Nooyi. She most recently served as the automaker's VP of communications in Europe.
