WASHINGTON: Outreach Strategies has hired David Marks, former press secretary of the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee, as a VP. Marks, who joins Outreach February 15, began his professional career with the committee, spending five years on the Hill. The Washington-based firm expects Marks' experience in energy and environmental issues to assist its work with clients such as the US Climate Action Partnership (USCAP) and Geneva-based World Business Council for Sustainable Development.
