NEW YORK: Omnicom Group has acquired Marina Maher Communications after a year of planning.
The firm, which specializes in female-focused PR, will become an operating unit in Omnicom's Diversified Agency Services division but will continue to function as an independent New York-based agency, the holding company said in a statement. CEO Marina Maher will continue in her current position.
