RICHARDSON, TX: Nortel Networks is reviewing its PR agencyrelationship with Fleishman-Hillard.
"(The company) is undertaking a mandatory review as part of a corporatepolicy that requires us to go to bid every three years when usingoutside suppliers, including PR agencies,
said David Chamberlin, globalcommunications director.
