IRVINE, CA: Resources Connection, a professional services firm, acquired strategic communications firm Sitrick & Co., as well as corporate advisory and restructuring firm Brincko Associates, for an for an initial $43.3 million, of which $28.2 million was cash. The two firms will be combined to form a corporate advisory and restructuring subsidiary called Sitrick Brincko Group.
