ROCKVILLE, MD: The National Cancer Institute (NCI) plans to expand its smoking cessation program, in part through Spanish language outreach and online communications, according to an informational federal filing. It is a Recovery Act contract. The agency has selected five advertising and integrated marketing solutions contractors for the project.
