NEW YORK: NASDAQ OMX Group has acquired Glide Technologies, a London-based software-as-a-service provider that specializes in corporate communications and reputation management.
Demetrios Skalkotos, SVP of global corporate solutions at NASDAQ OMX Group, said the acquisition will bolster the company's corporate solutions division, which until now had only provided services on the IR and CFO sides.
