HAYWARD, CA: Retailer Mervyns is working with Joele Frank, Wilkinson Brimmer Katcher for communications support during its Chapter 11 filing. The California-based department company with stores throughout the Southwest, said yesterday, July 29, that it had filed for Chapter 11.
