A Marc Jacobs scandal is turning heads from the Fashion Week runways. Yesterday, attorney general Andrew Cuomo announced that Marc Jacobs International may have paid up to $30,000 “in bribes” to hold his beloved show space at the Armory, reports New York Magazine.
