TORONTO: Asian Coast Development (Canada) Ltd. (ACDL) has hired Pilot PMR to promote the development of a $4.2-billion “Las Vegas-style” resort destination along the Ho Tram Strip, about 80 km south of Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam.

Pilot PMR was hired after being invited to participate in an informal review, said David Doze, partner at PMR.
