Congress is often viewed as slow to adapt to change. However, its attitude is shifting when it comes to using social media to reach its constituents. The Congressional Management Foundation conducted a three-part survey of 260 congressional staffers from October through December 2010. This second of three reports specifically looks at attitudes about their offices' social media use. These results reveal general attitudes about social media's value and views along party lines about various forms of online communication.
