ROCHESTER, NY: Gerard Meuchner, the top corporate communications executive at Kodak, has left the embattled digital imaging company.
Meuchner was appointed director, communications and public affairs at Kodak in January 2006, with worldwide responsibility for internal and external communications, government affairs and executive speechwriting.
Prior to this, he was director of corporate media relations, responsible for media relations policies and counseling senior management on news media issues. In October 2006, Kodak's board elected him a corporate VP.
