CHICAGO: Ketchum has appointed Paul Rand to the new position of chief development and innovation officer.
In his new role, Rand will focus on developing new services for clients, such as Influencer Relationship Management (IRM), Women 25to54, and Ketchum Personalized Media, all recent programs Rand helped develop.
Rand will give up his management responsibilities in the Chicago office, but will continue to lead the global technology practice until his successor is named.
